> John Abella | Partner, EVP Strategic Alliances
John Abella has over 30 years of successful sales and business management experience. He is a co-founder and owner of DDI Leasing of New England, LLC, a company that designs, develops and administers vendor leasing programs for technology equipment resellers and distributors. Prior to DDI Leasing John was Regional Vice President of Sales for CIT’s Systems Leasing Division. He has also held numerous sales and management roles at IBM, XL/ Datacomp Inc., AT&T Capital, Newcourt Technologies, Inc., and Tyco Corporation.

As a partner and co-founder of RJT Energy Consultants LLC, John focuses on developing strategic partnerships and business alliances.

John graduated from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude and a major in International Business. John is a member of the Quinnipiac Board of Trustees.

> Tucker O’Connell | Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Tucker O’Connell has over 30 years of successful sales and business management experience. He is a co-founder and owner of DDI Leasing of New England, LLC, a company that designs, develops and administers vendor leasing programs for technology equipment resellers and distributors. Prior to DDI Leasing Inc. Tucker also held numerous sales and management positions at ADP, XL/Datacomp Inc. AT&T Capital, Newcourt Technologies Inc., Tyco Corporation and CIT.

As a partner and co-founder of RJT Energy Consultants LLC, Tucker focuses on leading all of the corporation’s financial activities, including the raising of additional capital and developing internal financial systems and controls to support the growth of RJT Energy Consultants.

Tucker is a graduate of Fairfield University and holds a B.S. in Business Management. Tucker is a former member of the Board of Trustees at The Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall, in Milford, Connecticut.

> Richard Katz | Partner, Vice President Sales
Rick Katz has over 20 years of experience in corporate sales, procurement, and business development. Rick started his business career at Matlaws Food Products, a family owned business. During his career at Matlaws, Rick was responsible for warehouse management, plant production, materials handling, strategic planning and procurement. As Vice President of Matlaws, Rick was also responsible for maintaining relationships with food purveyors and commodity vendors. For the past five years, Rick has been involved in the deregulated energy sector. As an energy procurement specialist, he has developed unique and custom energy solutions for his customers in the manufacturing, health, finance, retail and services industries.

As the Vice President of Sales for RJT Energy Consultants LLC, Rick has overall responsibility for the company’s revenue generation activities. He is focused on building long-term customer relationships and supporting our strategic partners.

Rick holds a B.A. in Political Science from Union College, Schenectady, N.Y.

> Ron Spechler | Vice President Supplier Relations
Ron has been in the energy business for more than 15 years. He has been directly responsible for negotiating many hundreds of agreements for the procurement of electricity and natural gas. His experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, hospitals, mid-sized manufacturers, property owners, real estate managers and food service companies. Ron has handled energy projects in almost every state that has a deregulated energy market.

As the VP of Supplier Relations for RJT Energy Consultants LLC, Ron focuses on maintaining active relationships with all of the suppliers of electricity and natural gas throughout the country. He is also responsible for formulating procurement strategies and engineering pricing plans for our individual customers’ needs. Ron stays current with each state’s deregulated markets and tariff structures. He is a “student of the energy market place” and will be your eyes and ears for all of your energy needs.

Ron is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. He holds a degree in Management from the Binghamton School of Management.

> Jordan Ramos | Business Development
Jordan graduated from Iona College’s Hagan School of Business in New Rochelle, NY in 2012 and holds a B.S. in International Business. After successfully streamlining Sabadell United Bank’s Vendor Risk Management system, where he developed a workflow for vendor contract procurement and monitoring, Jordan began his career in corporate sales. At the start of 2015 Jordan joined the RJT Energy Consultants team, and is quickly becoming a rising star in the industry. Jordan’s focus is new business generation, as well as supporting RJT Energy’s team of sales, and strategic partners.
